How’s Work?

Most of us are so focused on work performance that we don’t have time to pause, reflect, and adapt.

Join a small group exploring authentic leadership, conflict, change, ambition, and work/life balance.

Attend if you’re . . .

  • Navigating conflict or change at work

  • Trying to make a big decision

  • Feeling burned out

  • Rethinking your career or ambition

  • Overwhelmed at work

  • Exploring leadership

A safe space to reflect and recharge.

We use short, prompt-based writing exercises to inspire reflection and explore our work lives.

If your work life is perfect, you can explore that perfection.

But most participants use the time to pause and dig into uncertainty, challenges, or conflict.

Space is limited, so please try to attend if you take a spot.

I write an occasional Substack newsletter called the Startup Doula where I share strategies, templates, and experience in leadership, marketing, and GTM.

About Sarah

I’m an executive coach, mentor, and advisor with 25 years of experience in marketing, sales, go-to-market, and leadership.

My day job is working with startup and scaleup leaders and go-to-market professionals who want to improve themselves, their teams, and their results.

Aside from my core coaching, advisory, and fractional practices, I offer a few free monthly workshops to give back and build community.

Even for those of us who don’t consider ourselves writers, putting to paper with structured prompts can be a powerful exercise for uncovering truths that help us make decisions.

My writing workshops are free to all and accessible to anyone needing support or reflection about their work life.

I aim to help people feel more curious, capable, and connected at work.

I'd love to chat if you’d like to learn more about the workshops or any of my other work.
